Brad and his staff go above and beyond to help each and every customer. My family and I have been using the medicine shoppe for years. I have been in the building at least 2or 3 times a month which allows me to see how they interact and treat each customer. I know first hand the staff are courteous and kind even when encountered by customers with an attitude.Brad has more than once gave me my medication and allowed me to pay him at a later date. The staff look for ways to reduce the cost of medication,deliver medication as well as assist individuals with assembling of walkers and any other items one may need. If you have had anything but pleasant visit to the Medicine Shoppe then I urge you to try it one more time. This pharmacy location is very convenient for me, but unfortunately I will have to switch to another one. Not sure if anyone else has had issues using this pharmacy, but every time I have been in to pick up my medicines for myself and my family, I've had it messed up. Even if it's called in two days ahead it's not ready, I've been shorted pills, or given broken pills. I've also been given the wrong medicines. To top it off, the prices change each time, whoever helps me decides what the price should be. It's so difficult I keep my receipt so they know what I was previously charged.
