Wednesday, Feb. 17, was my first time shopping for groceries at the Dublin Kroger store. While I had been in the store before, I had never bought groceries there. (I live in a small, nearby town) Since I had to be in Dublin anyway, I decided to try it out. I want to tell you, management, and employees, how very impressed I was with you! I could not believe the variety of items available in the store (did I mention I'm from a very small town? smile), and the fact that the shelves were fully stocked. In fact, there were associates all over the store, constantly re-stocking, offering assistance, etc. The produce section alone blew me away! ALL of your employees were very friendly, stopping what they were doing to greet me, and asking if I needed assistance with anything. When I finished shopping, I was directed to an open register by a very nice cashier, who asked if I had found everything I needed. She was very efficient and had me checked out quickly! Little did I know, it was also "Senior discount" day, and along with the Kroger card I had loaded to my phone, I was more than pleased with my total bill. I have to say that having been in Kroger stores before with family members who were shopping (Macon), I was hesitant to shop here because there IS so much available. I was afraid I would spend too much! But, that was not the case, and I WILL be back. Though I live about 35 miles away, I have to come to Dublin fairly often for other reasons. Kroger will be a regular stop from now on. Oh, and it doesn't hurt that there is a Starbucks inside! smile Thank you for a great grocery...

The sweet cashiers were helpful and explained to the manager that we were owed a credit. The manager named JEFF SMITH was the ruddest man I ever met in my life. When he finally came to "help" us, he started the conversation by saying "what's your problem". He also said they are "trying to steal people's money" then later said he was "joking". He NEVER even tried to resolve the issue even as we showed pictures of the prices, his response was "if I were having those problems at a store, I wouldn't shop there". I am going to another Kroger today (where we used to live and they are nice) to get his bosses information to file a detailed complaint which we never do. To be honest, the man deserved to be throat punched, he was THAT RUDE!! He has no business running a store , he has NO professionalism, I feel sorry for those thst work for him . Worst experience I have ever had with any store.
Update: The district manager (the store managers boss) was MORE than helpful and professional , HE restored my faith in Kroger. Still , watch out for THIS Kroger! Dont expect that douche to have a job much longer so hopefully it...

My grandson's boutonniere his date's corsage were not ordered for his prom. I was in town for support and many, many pictures when I noticed there was no boutonniere nor a corsage to be placed on either of them 😔. Immediately I checked online to see what florist was open in Dublin,GA on a Saturday evening after 5:00 pm. There were so many closed, I stopped looking and raced to Kroger because I remembered all the beautiful, fresh flowers I have seen and smelled just going to grocery shop. The HERO of the day was Jonathan of the Kroger Florist Department in Dublin, GA. He created 2 beautiful corsages and 1 boutonniere in a matter of a few minutes 🏆✅🌟‼️
