I am beyond thrilled with the sofa I purchased from floor show. It's everything I wanted, and I cannot possibly say enough good things about my salesperson, Judy Kruser. She was so very professional and helpful and went out of her way to make certain that everything was as it should be. If that wasn't good enough, the delivery team that brought my sofa to me was exceptional. It's difficult to get into my home with the arrangement of the doors and they made it seem like a piece of cake. They were gentlemen that I was pleased to have in my home, very personable. In the past we’ve ordered a small granite top for a smaller bar project and it was a great experience, we also ordered furniture and that was also a great experience. We are now working on a bathroom project and can’t even get a simple quote from Molly. We’ve stopped in on a weekend and no one to be found in the bath and kitchen area. We were going to start a kitchen remodel but with the bathroom experience. We’ll look elsewhere.

My husband spoke to Molly end of January around the 22nd, we gave our details… we were supposed to get a quote or samples to review.. ironically we get a follow up email yesterday still with no quote, wanting us to stop in. Sorry you are so busy we can’t get a courtesy status update sooner...
