A department store that has evolved. This store has something for everyone. In a day when you can order almost any item online, it is nice to be able to touch, try on, and discover merchandise in an inviting environment. Even when very busy with holiday shoppers, the staff is always ready to assist, and check out is easy. The quality of the goods on offer is superior to most other retailers. I generally don't like to shop, but I find shopping here is pleasant. With retail, people vote with their wallets. I am glad that so far this brand has survived. If you do want to point and click your purchase, they are able to do that as well. Your order can be ready for pickup the same day in most cases. Hope this brand will survive the retail extinction and be here for many...

Lots to choose from, my sisters found lots of great items. Lines were really backed up so we got rerouted to the makeup department to check out. All fine and well when we got to the makeup area one of my sisters has some questions about different foundations the lady just srugged at her and said they are all similar 🙃. Ok then we were sent over here to check out with our clothes. She told us if we aren't buying makeup she can't check us out I told her we were sent over here because they are really backed up. After a sigh and eye roll she checked us out but insisted that my 16 year old sister should sign up for a credit card. The store is always beautifully maintained, and the selection of clothing is great. Sometimes they can get a little outside of my price range for my income, but the price is worth the quality of the clothing, if you are able to afford it. For those who are unaware, there is a Sephora store inside this JCPenney location. I've not yet been inside, but I'm sure it'll live up to Penney's and...
