Your Pie Pizza — Restaurant in Dubuque

The food is no doubt, really good. Customer service though..I'll give it a 2-2.5 stars. Hubby and I went for dinner at this location last night and granted there was at least one hour or more before they were closing (it doesn't take us that long to eat and conversate a bit). Anyway- we were aware that they would like to begin the nightly cleaning if they wanted to get out in a decent time HOWEVER...we sat down and our food just got brought to us (not even 10 mins after ordering; super awesome!) this employee starts sweeping. Which is not a big deal, or so you'd think. If it was okay to swear here right now to prove my point I so would but censored : She was going around us every single table scrapping chairs ever not even a full 50 seconds to sweep under and she'd look be dead in the eye EACH TIME. We were trying to discuss something that occurred at hubby's office and not a word was heard. It was the sound of scratching the chalkboard!! At one point I so had enough, through my fork down and yelled "OH FOR F SAKES!" She just stared. We were the only ones in the place..couldn't you start from behind us until we're done? NOPE. She picked up the pace and still stared at me, pushing....As long as this is..... my advice: DON'T GO IN THERE...

The place is nice and new. The food is... ok. It's not bad, but it's quick chain food that's not exactly memorable or makes me want to go back. You get what you pay for. I left full, so thats something. Having never been to the place before we didn't know really what to do, or where to go, or when to go. My date and I had a sarcastic laugh because we didnt know where to stand or if we were supposed to go to the register because the staff didnt really communicate at all. Not that they were poor staffers, but placing our orders was more tedious and complicated than it should have been. If they would have communicated more with us instead of just milling about doing their tasks the experience would have been much more enjoyable in that regard. Your cooks are in the front of the house, but they're stone statues in personality, and to me that doesn't make for a welcome and personable experience. It felt cold and impartial. I give it three stars because I ended up becoming the third wheel in my own date to her and her best friend thatshe brought with. That makes the meal I had the only highlight of the day. Hope that things go well...

I haven't tried the food yet so I may change my raiting but I called the restaurant to find out more information and on what all they searve and hours the girl was very rude to me and hung hup on me so I called back and spoke to the manager Hailey she is very professional and kind very good coustomer service skills but as for the other girl I will not put her name because I don't want people to be rude to her but she should find a different job profession that does not have anything to do with coustomer service if I go in there and she is my waiter she will not be getting a tip or I will just ask for a new server I didn't deserve to be treated that way but the manager is going to get that situation under control so thank you Hailey for being so kind and listening to me I'm not usually the type to complain...
