I spend endless amount of money at Ulta. A part of my career is in the beauty industry so I tend to spend a lot of time in Ultaās website or in store. When in store pickup became an option it was a perfect situation for me. However if you do a pick up here they will deliver minimal customer service. The things they put into my bag or used products. Thankfully I checked my items before leaving the store and asked if I could get an exchange on them as they were broken and or used. The young lady that was helping me was extremely rude and informed me that if I wanted my items to be exchanged that I needed to go pick them out myself and then wait at the end of the line to exchange them out. I asked her what was the point of an in-store pick up if I have to go pick the item out myself and then wait at the end of the line? She of course didnāt have an educated response and simply walked away from me. Sadly I wasnāt the only customer she was rude to. Everyone she checked out she was ugly towards. Gave me every error it could. I called them immediately and they assured me I could call them in the morning, after the sale was over, and they would honor my purchase attempt from the previous night because they could see my attempts on their end. The best part, I saw the charge go through my bank, called them first, and was told they accepted the transaction, but Ultas processor was refunding it. For some reason. I called and they claimed they could not take a sale over the phone, nor would they honor it online with a code. 2 days later I receive an email telling me I have been banned from their site. She made me feel comfortable, with her warm, calm personality. I tried some Versace. Since I love the clothes. The cologne is wearing well Mia. Thank you for showing me. I am gonna buy this one. It's bold, and earthy, with an unmistakable woodsy undertone that settles in later. As a guy I had no idea that the men's cologne was mixed in with the ladies scents, but put on the bottom of the display...Guys pay attention to that. Now ya know where to go to get the good stuff.
