I was new to the area in December 2014, and I was originally thinking about joining a “regular gym” to continue my fitness endeavors. However, after finding CFC and completing my first WOD during their no-strings attached free intro session, I was hooked! From day 1, Steven, the owner and head coach, demonstrated his training expertise and his capacity to deliver individualized instruction to a room full of people, who are at different levels of fitness. The workouts never disappoint; they are varied each and every time, and more importantly they are fun while also delivering results!

The great thing I have experienced at CFC is learning that every movement is scale-able to meet your ability but also to challenge you without compromising safety. Since after all, one of my largest reservations about joining was safety. After completing a few months of WODS, I can say safety stopped being a concern for me long ago; I feel like I am in good hands every time I walk into the place.

I also feel like I am walking into one of my favorite hang-outs. The community is real. Everyone is welcoming and enthusiastic about sharing an interest in the sport with you.

I used Amber as my Day of Coordinator for my wedding and it was the best decision I had ever made. She was a referral from one of my best friends who had also used her. I was in my friend's wedding and knew she was good. We met 2 or 3 times before the big day to discuss details and get contact info for my vendors but she handled everything and contacted all the vendors to ensure the wedding day went smoothly. The day of the wedding I did not have one stress about the wedding because I knew she was handling everything. It was so nice to be able to enjoy my special day withe my friends and family and not worry about the behind the scenes. If you are contemplating getting a day of coordinator the answer is YES! Hiring Amber and Beyond Events was by far the best decision that we made in the course of planning our wedding. Amber and Chelsie were extremely detailed and organized throughout the entire process. From our initial planning meeting, I knew that Amber was going to be a great professional to work with. She listened to our vision and also had some great suggestions. She created a wedding timeline and contacted all of our vendors a few days prior to the wedding to make sure that everyone knew the game plan.
