I made a review here a year ago and decided to update it. Today I got an early look at trying the Parmesan Garlic strip basket. I got it with the buffalo sauce, but I think next time I'll have it with honey mustard because DQ has such good honey mustard. Anyways here's the breakdown. 1. The parmsan garlic strips: The sauces flavor was bountiful. I wasn't expecting how good the sauce was going to taste. Its definitely worth the try. As I said I think honey mustard would pair better especially with the fries. 2. The fries: The fries have gotten better than last year. Tastes better and like I said above its great with the honey mustard. I also like adding a little pepper to it. If your not a honey mustard fan I highly recommend the gravy here. I could drink the gravy by itself. Its very yummy. 3. The toast: Toasted well. Nice crisp. Butter is yummy on it. Very tasty with the strips and a nice pallet cleanser to eat between ice cream or your drink. So I didn't have any ice cream today, but I frequent this location. Out of all the DQs I've had in GA, this location is the best. They have good service. They always make my order right. They will make some stuff thats not on the menu anymore. Like I adore the Heath Capchino blizzard which isn't on the menu, but they always make it and it's so good. I've tried just about every blizzard. They are all good, I just like some more than others. Top picks, Heath capchino, Choco Brownie Xtreme, Oreo hot cocoa, and any of the cheesecake ones. Some other recommendations: banana split (i replace the pineapple with carmel), flamethrower, heath cupfection, pretzel sticks (queso dip that comes with is great but also honey mustard works well again!), and like any ice cream is great here. Did want to make a special note about the service. They are very nice and patient here. Some employees give good recommendations and will help you with deciding things which is really helpful because the menu is huge. Plus, you can see how hard they work. When rush hour hits they go fast getting orders out. Definitely worth going here for food and service. Also if you do frequent DQ, the app is actually worth it. They actually give you fully free stuff and not just discounts. Like 500 points is ANY SIZE blizzard. You can literally get a free large size blizzard. Thats way better than some other fast food places. Typically if something is fully free its like only a small for a crazy amount of points which is fine if you go a lot. Free is free, but like DQ gives a LARGE! Its great. Worth it.

I am so done with any Dairy Queen in the Norcross/Duluth area! I walked into this location, and after standing there and being looked at for a few minutes, I was finally greeted. When someone did finally come to the counter, I was told the lobby is not open because they are short staffed (if they paid a decent wage, it wouldn’t be hard to keep staff). Once we did get the food, it tasted terrible and was cold! Not the quality I am used to from DQ in Columbus GA. Overall terrible service and even worse food quality. Don’t waste your time at this location or any DQ for that matter.

The food here is ridiculously good. The honey hot chicken strip can do no wrong. The regular chicken strips are just as great. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere that is great to bring family. They provide table service so you don't have to wait at the counter for food. The staff is always helpful and very patient. I give 10/10 commendations. They really know how to serve fan food.

I wish i wasn’t having to write this as I have been a huge fan my whole life. Me and my husband went to get some blizzards to try and make the day better. We came up to the drive through in a silver sedan. My husband has a speech problem associated with certain words, it is a problem in the drive through at times. Therefore I always place our order by; unbuckling and leaning over far to the window to order. Your employee had me repeat the order twice which I didn’t mind. We absolutely did not expect what your employee was going to do next. The employee (older, middle eastern, facial hair) is already leaning out the window waiting for us. He proceeds to say “hey guys next time you order make sure its the person in the driver seat not the lady. If I get your order wrong its on you”. We were both absolutely stunned at what he had just said. So my husband replies “I have speech problems I have trouble so she orders. She was just as close to the mic ad I was”. You have no idea how my jaw dropped at what your employee said to him. “No your talking to me just fine you need to order i’m not going to fix the order because I can’t hear you”. Your employee did not only bully and discriminate his disability but was extremely rude. His speech disability is something he has been bullied for his whole life, and to come from a grown man? He then proceeded to not talk to us the remaining time of our interaction. As we drove off we were both so angry and in true disbelief. Trying to shake it off and eat our blizzards it quickly became evident that our order was intentionally messed up. We ordered a large royal rocky road blizzard and a medium s'mores blizzard with sprinkles . The large rocky road was just chocolate ice cream and marshmallow fluff, no other toppings, nuts, chocolate nothing. As for the s’mores there were TWO pieces of the chocolate and marshmallow bites and no sprinkles of course. Me and my husband did nothing to provoke this. I would like the franchise owner to...

I am very dissapointed about this store. I just picked up my daughter from Duluth High School and she wanted a fries. We stopped by this store on Buford Hwy and went through the drive thru to order some food. My daughter is 16 years old and she ordered. The employee told us that he didn’t hear us so we decided to continue to the second window. When we were infont of the employee, he told us that the next time we have to step out of the car to order and he won’t sale anything to us and we had to go inside of the store. He started to yelled my daughter and then he yelled at me. I left my daughter inside of the car and went to inside of the store to talk to him. He yelled at me and he was very rude with me. He pointed at me his finger. I asked for the manager and he said that he was the manager and kept yelled at me. I told him that I would call the police to make a report because he doesn’t has the right to treat the customers like that. He did care and keep yelled and he didn’t want to give me his name or corporate manager. He is the oldest employee of the store. I want that any manager really talk to him because this situation happened repeatedly and this store is losing customers. Very bad experience and this is not the first time there. Last time happened to me, I am not agree that someone have to yell to anyone who is under...
