Dollar Tree — Local services in Duncan

On Saturday, July 6th, I had the worst experience I have ever had at any Dollar Tree store. The shopper ahead of me ordered three birthday ballons that the associate couldn't find and while that was going on the shopper decided to continue shopping for items they forgot. In the meantime, I and several other shoppers staying in a long line, had to wait almost 15 minutes to pay for our items. Neither the shopper or the store associate didn't notice or care about this situation. When I mentioned this to the associate, she halfheartedly apologized, On top of that, two other store workers walked by totally ignoring the situation and the associate at the register didn't think or make any effort to ask for help. I and the other shoppers in line were a little annoyed about the long wait. I don't think I will be going back to this Duncan Dollar Tree for a long time. Maybe Dollar General is my better option. The needs of the customers should have the highest priority. I would have suggested that they open another register to speed up the process. We went in on an Uber eats delivery order to shop for a customer. The associate working this day, a white male with long frizzy hair on one side, shaved on the other, couldn't be bothered to help us. I asked him where a product was, Liquid IV powder and he looked at me like I was stupid and said, "how am I supposed to know? Never heard of it." We finally found it then stood in line for 2-3 minutes until finally I had to yell, we need to check out. We had other customers behind us. The store has lots of items and it was a good place for deals. Always beats the other dollar stores that aren't near a dollar. $1.25/each item here. The only negative is I called ahead to check inventory, worker says yes, they have these in stock. Get there with a broken knee, torn miniscus, she says what aisle, but there are none. Hobbled around for 20 minutes following rows to look in by worker suggestions who was out of her mind. Needless to say, it was painful. Should know or go check, before confirming things....
