Tried to take a pair of shoes to exchange. After standing in line for about 25 to 30 minutes because there was only one register open the rude lady told me I was in the wrong line that I had to move to the other line. I stood in that line for another 10ish minutes with me the only one in this line. Finally when I got up there the rude lady asked if I had my receipt and I told the rude lady that I was only wanting to exchange them not return them. She said that I had to have my receipt or my DL to do that. While the whole time my 71 year old Mother was waiting in the car which I had just picked up from the hospital. The store is nice but very difficult to shop at with small children. You cannot take the carts out of the store so it makes shopping with two babies quite impossible. I had to carry two babies and shopping bags out of the store by myself. The front staff wasn't very friendly and did not offer to help me to my car.
