Taco Casa — Restaurant in Duncan

⭐ 1 Star Dishonest pricing and terrible customer service.

They raised their taco prices but didn’t update the board. When we got to the window, we were told the total was $48.99 for 20 tacos — when it’s normally around $28.99. That’s a 72% increase, with no heads-up or sign.

We asked them to honor the price listed on the board, but the manager refused to do anything. No apology, no adjustment — just told us that’s the new price. And let’s be real, these aren’t even authentic Mexican tacos to be charging $2.50 each.

We ended up canceling the entire order. If a restaurant makes a mistake, they should fix it — not pass it onto the customer. He also asked for my receipt back so I wasn't able to take a pic of it. This place has completely lost...

Great food, prices, and service! Its the one place in town that hasn't completely given up and became terrible. The worst thing about Taco Casa, was the change in cup sizes! Who doesn't need more of that delectable sweet tea!?!? I don't need a full 32oz, but I aint gonna argue if someone offers it! I guess I could buy the giant bag of tea they sell, but I think that I would look too uncouth driving about town drinking out of a bag! Either way, the dining room is always kept clean and free of trash. They have several tvs in there so if it's football season, you'll always be able to stuff your face with great food and watch your favorite team win or lose! If they lose, then at least you won, buy choosing to take your family to Taco...

Ok this is my second time watching them prepare my food. The workers are wearing gloves but not changing them between tasks.

The guy making my food was sweeping when I ordered then he got right to making my food with his dirty gloves. I mentioned it and he asked if I would like it remade. Well yes obviously I don’t want dirty gloved hands making food I eat. He disappeared where I couldn’t see him and came back to make my burrito.

Who knows if he really changed his gloves. I’m too grossed out to eat this now. Wasted $4. This happened last time as well. Not changing gloves.

People need to be properly trained to work in food establishments. Many states require a food handlers card and I think it’s time...
