Used to be a good store. The last 2 times I've gone now, have sucked. I went a couple weeks ago for a coil and the lady behind the counter said "we don't have the one for that but I THINK this one will work." Then told me if it didn't, i couldnt get a replacement or refund. Didnt offer to call someone to check or look anything up. So, in case the coil wouldn't work, I went elsewhere. Today, I go for a coil and the lady was nice and knowledgeable, different lady, but they only had coils that were compatable, not made for my device. She said it would work, so I bought it and took it home and set it up and it didn't work. I called the store and she offered to try and make it work. If it didn't, she would have to call her regional manager to exchange.she got it to work by taking my tank apart and putting it back together, which is great, but I've had this vape for close to a year and this is the first time this has happened. So, im just waiting for it to stop working again and have to go buy another coil anyway. If every trip to this store results in no purchase or multiple trips to make my purchase work, something is wrong with the store. Give your employees a way to fix problems without having to call a regional manager, make sure your employees are knowledgeable or have the common sense to look things up, and try carrying basic coils for basic tanks. Its a smok arcfox, its not like im asking for a miracle. Either way, I won't be back. The 1 extra star is for the lady working today that was extremely polite...

I really want to give a good review, however the guys working there tonight made it impossible. Not only did they tell my husband they did not have "JUICE HEAD -STRAWBERRY/WATERMELONsposable vape, they sold him strawberry kiwi 6mg bottle of juice, even though he said vape. We went back together I showed all of them where it was. But upon leaving the one guy asked if my husband and I were father daughter. We laughed said no husband wife . As my husband was walking out the guy checking me out said " that's GROSE. WTH? Kindness is free!everyone has an opinion but in kindergarten they teach us that if you have nothing nice to say. Don't say nothing at all. I don't know where it's ok to insult your customers and stay in business! Never again! Has to be something better...

Was always my go to vape shop for last few years. I've spent a lot of money in there. I went in last week for a box of pods and the clerk assured me they were the correct ones. When I got home I tried to put a new one in the mod but it would not fit. Tried to exchange them the next day but they said because I opened them they would not exchange or refund them. I argued the matter because they assured me they were the right ones the day before. But they didn't care. Bad attitude. I called the corporate office but also was no help. Needles to say, I'm done with them. There's other shops here, and if they're willing to loose my business over 13 dollars then...
