Nasty store....expired food all over the shelves...."Manager" Darla is rude and doesn't care when you point it out. I had two encounters with her and I will never return. Once she sold me the wrong item and wouldn't let me return it for the correct one because "we don't take returns" even though I hadn't even left the counter with the item. The next time I encountered Darla, she was speaking negatively about a new employee to the customers ahead...

Bought a battery and it doesn't even work and when I tried to take it back they said no no signs or warning when I bought it or anything I'm never going back and telling everyone I know in Duncan to never buy anything from them ever hope they go out of...

I love stopping in here! The clerks are always smiling, welcoming, also very knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere that they create is very energetic and joyful that resonates with me all day long. Thank you and Napoli's!!! Keep up...
