I have had the original BRC remote. Buttons #3 and #6 stopped working. Was told to go to local BRC office. Got another original remote. It was to be usemmmnew but was used. Got it home and synced up and the same numbers along with the channel changing button did not work. Called BRC and they sent me a universal remote. It did not work my TV fully. Have to use TV remote.
