JF Designs — Local services in Duncannon

I called on Valentine's Day to ask if I still might be able to have something delivered to a friend of mine at a school several towns from where JF Designs is located in Duncannon, PA. I spoke with a very nice person on the phone who politely told me their volume of deliveries wouldn't allow them to get it there on time today. I joked that if I'd had my act together and made the order sooner, it wouldn't have been an issue! We laughed and hung up. Within 30 seconds, my phone was ringing and they told me they would go ahead and deliver the flowers the same day. While I don't recommend YOU wait until the last minute like I did (save your florist's the grief!), I did want to give kudos to JF Designs for their OUTSTANDING SERVICE. In today's Amazon dominated world, it's businesses like JF Designs whose commitment to service will ensure they survive and thrive. My son lives in San Francisco and ordered me a birthday bouquet from this store. It arrived at my door....no warning. Had i been at work the thing could have fell over. He ordered a vase full of pink carnations. When they arrived there were the flowers in a vase....nothing else. No extra little flowers or baby's breath...nothing. It was a bouquet you could easily get at Giant for 14.99. I took picture and sent to my son and he said it looked nothing like the picture and he will find another place to order. You're the best! Paul helped me out of a jam the day before Thanksgiving! He was incredibly helpful and got the order out that day! He communicated via email AND text then sent a picture, too! WOW! And the arrangement was beautiful!!! Just too impressed with every bit of this experience for words! Although I am out of state, JF Designs is my florist when it comes to local Pennsylvania deliveries! If you are sending flowers to someone in this area, JF Designs is the only place you need to go!
