3B Ice Cream (Duncannon) — Restaurant in Duncannon

We use to buy are ice cream there but not no more the pass 3 years we use to get ice cream there always milk shakes always thick and had to eat with a spoon I can’t remember how many times we use to tell this young boy that worked there about how they are not thick no more it was like buying a gallon of milk and adding flavor and drink it. This young boy said we will tell them and HE WAS THE ONE THAT MADE IT THIS LIQIDY concoction who is he going to TELL no one he doesn’t take down your name or phone number so there is no way knowing if he really told them or NOT and call you back to reimburse you for their mistake. The right thing to do was to take down their name and phone number and reimburse them for the five dollar of this liquidy concoction that they made..... consumers beware this young man will not take your name down nor tell the owner Kelly what happened or reimbursed you for the five bucks of ice cream that you spent... I think dairy queen or the whistle stop service better than that never had bad service there and always got good and thick milkshakes always always.. It was like drinking milk out of the bottle a whole gallon of milk cost less than $5.00 when you go out for a treat that’s what one is hoping to get I was at home we right behind the 3b and always got thick and cold ones but dam $5.00 for Liquidy concoction that’s supposed to be thick and creamy I think not....we are very disappointing 3b that’s terrible treating your customers like that that give you their hard earned money in this of...

The owner is an absolute tool bag! My truck broke down around 11:30 at night on a Thursday, and 3B was the closest place I could get off of the road. I only live 5 miles out of town, but the truck was not drivable. Therefore, I pushed it into a parking space, well out of the way of everything, and I had planned to get it in the morning, before they opened. I wasn't able to get down there, so I called them at 11:03, three minutes after they opened to explain what happened and that I'd be down there to get it out ASAP. The response I got was "My boss already had it towed, he couldn't get to where he was going this morning because it was in the way." Even though I made sure that it wasn't! The towing company told me that he called in at 6:30 in the morning on Friday to have it towed. It sat in the parking lot all of seven hours, and it wasn't even during business hours. I understand that there is a sign that says "customers only, all others will be towed" but the truck was not running, it's not like I could do anything. And it was there not during business hours, so the parking lot was completely empty! They open at 11am and he called to have my truck towed at 6:30am, he didn't even give me a chance to call in and explain! The scum-sucking low-life owner of this establishment cost me $200 in towing fees and didn't even give me a chance to get the truck out before he had it towed. So becareful not to park at this place for too long, the owner will have your vehicle towed! I will never do business at this...

I kid not when I say this is the best Ice Cream I have had, my children also said the same thing even though I didn't tell them my opinion first. All three of them though the youngest one we can probably let's slide he hasn't been too many places yet and his english is a tad bit off lol.This ice cream is very filling and made the way you want it. The prices are outstanding (good way) for a private business. I'm not kidding when I say it would be worth a day trip from where we live up here just to get more. The staff is very friendly, and there's no tip jar waived in your face making you feel like your automatically obligated. 3B is honestly the best ice cream.
