I called Sorrento's at 5:30pm Sunday afternoon to order a pizza and a sandwich for pickup. After giving my food order I had my banking card in hand ready to give the employee my payment information when I was told they were too busy right now to complete my order. Confused I asked, "Are you saying that you're too busy to take my card number?" They answered yes they were too busy to take my card number. Stunned by this insanity, I politely said, "Ok, I'll take my business somewhere else then". I'm not sure exactly what Sorrento's business model is or even how their food tastes, but you'd better look elsewhere if you're hungry because chances are they'll be too busy to take your money in exchange...
Read moreI went in and asked for a mini Stromboli. I was told by the lady at register they had none and she wouldn't have any. I looked at the menu and decided on a sub. I asked for it toasted and she said she had to put the mayo on before toasting it or it wouldnt fit. I said nvm don't worry about it. She did not wear her mask or wash hands before cooking food. Asked her to make sure she has her mask on while making my food and she snatched the food from me and gave me the worst look. I love the food here but the customer service is beyond horrible. I will not be coming back here and instead will go to an alternative restaurant...
Read moreI liked the decor and the lady at the front was super nice. However, the prices were wrongly listed on the menu so I had to keep asking for prices item by item. They did have a sign saying that prices had changed, but the menus were printed on plain printer paper so I'm not sure why they couldn't have just printed a few new menus. I liked the dough and crust of the pizza, but the cheese and sauce fell flat. The ingredients seemed fresh but the pizza's lack of flavor made me feel like I was eating a mass of dough, cheese, and sauce...
