David, Marc, and the rest of the staff here are wonderful. I waited to look for my wedding band just over 4 weeks until the wedding. I dug myself a hole and David & Marc pulled me out of it!

My fiancé and I stopped in on 9/6 on a whim after seeing this place on Google Maps (we had originally stopped in at the mainstream jewelry stores, which I was not a huge fan of). We were immediately greeted with smiling faces and a hello. Marc showed me where the men's bands were and educated me on the different metals. I had an idea of what I wanted, but needed some help in choosing just the right ring. Ultimately, it had to be designed. T-minus 4 weeks and I'm asking a ring to be designed... Marc called David over and we talked about the design. A day later (9/7) they sent me a rendering of the ring. They communicated every detail to their designer perfectly!

Well, I waited until 9/9 to get back to them AND I went in 20 minutes to close AND I changed the design of the ring from what we previously discussed. The entire design did not change. I had 2 grooves being put into the ring and I changed what I wanted in those grooves. It was a big enough change that they had to get a hold of the designer, which was only available for 15 more minutes... They successfully got a hold of them and I immediately approved the price and design change.

I feel like I was being very difficult, especially because of my awful timing right before the wedding. But I never felt like Marc or David were giving me fake smiles and telling me what I wanted to hear. They were open, honest, and genuine the entire time. I feel incredibly bad for what I was putting them through. But they got it done!

Full disclosure, I am writing this review without the final product in hand (or is it on hand...), however I have no doubts that I will get exactly what I was looking for. I rarely take time out of the hustle of life to right reviews but this is well deserved. My husband went in simply to remove 2 links from a watch and the staff was busy but greeted us and let us know they'd be with us. Meanwhile we browsed their great collection of items. So many treasures, jewelry, beautiful insects, and crystals!! Marc was so kind, he removed the links at no cost for the wait which was so unexpected. While browsing I fell in love with a crystal and bought it for my best friends upcoming birthday. He cleaned and wrapped it so beautifully, I was just taken aback by the level of service and warmth. It's just so rare now that as soon as we walked out I told my husband, I'm writing a review. Keep up what you and your staff are doing! If you are looking for something beautiful or unique, come take a browse.. you won't be disappointed....

I'm not huge into jewelry, I find it all shrouded in mystery and the the buying process is a bit distasteful for me. I needed a wedding set, had an old family diamond and was shopping for a setting. Marc put me/us at ease quickly. He liked the size and the quality of the diamond we came with (whew!) and spent time to show us styles. In our conversations it became clear he really knows the customers that referred us and he took the time to know us.

With much more knowledge than I started with and at a very fair price the work was decided on, I left a deposit and they got started. A week and a half later we have the ring.
