Exceeded Expectations!

This is my first experience with Garage Store. I saw a garage floor that they did in a spec home that was in The Parade of Homes in the Lake Geneva Area, and thought it looked great. I looked into two other companies that do floor coatings before making my decision, and I soon found out that while the coatings may be similar in appearance, they are very different. Garage Store uses a process that creates a mechanical bond with the concrete so you get a super durable surface. My garage floor had been painted by the previous owner, was peeling and really ugly. I had concerns that dealing with the old paint would make it difficult for them to do my floor. Not at all. They removed the paint and imperfections off the surface of the concrete with their commercial grade grinders and vacuums. My floor is now beautiful and my experience with Garage Store was excellent. The Garage Store removed all of our old cabinetry, repaired 60 years' worth of pitting and significantly large cracks in our concrete slab, re-leveled our garage floor to drain properly, epoxy coated the flooring surface, painted the entire garage, and designed/installed organization cabinetry and lighting.

Jim from the Garage Store was fantastic to work with and made great suggestions without trying to push additional costs, and provided us just what we needed in order to stay within our budget. His team was friendly and professional. They did a nice job of keeping the work areas clean and neat at the end of each day. They informed us about when they were starting and leaving as well as any precautions we need to take with the garage. The team made the entire process easy, simple, and quick (all completed in one week once scheduled).
