Collision Truck Center — Local services in Dundee Township

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I went to ask PBC TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR ( they left me every month their business card on my car windshield) if they can help me with a flat tire on a truck that is located there in the big parking lot and they said yes and quickly they have send a pickup truck to help me. When their “ professional road service guy” arrives at my truck he notice that he forgot to some tools and ask me if I can go with my car to the shop to bring them, I said Yes and I went to the shop. When I get back the professional PBC mechanic tells me that he needs gas for the air compressor and if I can go again to the shop to ask them for some gas, I sai YES and I went to the shop. Finally he takes the tire off and takes it to the shop and then the bill comes out: - tire repair $80 ( more expensive than any truck stop); - ROAD SERVICE $150 ( for what I was not informed); - tire disposal $10 ( and I told them in the beginning that I’m taking the old tire with me). I ask them to explain me why was I not informed about the price for the road service since the truck was in the big parking lot and how they come up with that amount, and the answer was (with a lot of calm and confidence) “ when our pickup truck leaves the shop we charge $150 rate). I don’t expect from anyone to work for free but really PBC TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR, this is not professional work, this is not how you make clients

In the end I have refused to repair the tire and also took out the $10...

I don’t care about their service(Maybe they are really good) but they are just not professionals. I dropped my truck to neighbor shop to get oil change done. After they fixed my truck, they out the keys on the nose of the hood.

But this PBC Truck Trailer Repair shop took the key, opened my truck(of course without my permission and knowledge) and drove to their own parking lot and blocked with their trucks. The owner said it was drivable when they took my truck from other shop. And he was saying they have full rights to take trucks from other companies shop if the name of the company on the truck owes them money.

When I asked him that they took the key, broke into my truck with all my belongings inside, and drove the truck to their own parking yard he said they did not drive it but towed. Lol 5 minutes ago he claimed that the truck was drivable when they drove it from other shop.

Plus they disconnected the sensor cable from fuel/water separator that I cannot go if I had extra spare key. He completely refused it. He is saying it was drivable and we did not disconnect that cable.

On top of that, there was a spare key on the engine compartment under the hood, guess what?!.it’s gone missing and he did not take it. So it just disappeared.

And of course they wasted my time while the company owner and the shop owner were dealing with their own problems each other.

According to the PBC shop owner, they have rights to take any trucks from other shops parking lot if they need...
