Thank goodness for the quick response and professional attitude I received from Gary. He responded within 1 day, on a weekend and at the worst time of year to call for service (beginning of January) for a 25 year old natural gas fireplace. Since the fireplace belongs to a relative, I was not familiar and could not get it started and was sure something had failed. Gary arrived and within an hour the fireplace was working perfectly. Thankfully it required nothing other than some cleaning, some new batteries in the remote and fixing some of the settings. Thanks again Gary.
