Took my car here to take my alarm off. I've been having issues with my car dying on me since January, so I've been eliminating possible causes for that. One of the last things I took off was the alarm. Made an appt for my birthday at 1pm. Dropped it off and told the employee at the front desk what was going on with my car. Then I proceeded to have a nice birthday lunch at a restaurant that's about 20 minutes away. I am NOT kidding when I tell you that we were in the restaurant for probably about 15 minutes, when I received a call that my car was done! My family and I were still waiting for our food! 😂😂 So after eating, we headed back to get my car and when we got there, the employee proceeded to explain to me that upon working on the alarm he was able to figure out some possible culprits for my battery issues. In my eyes he didn't have to, but he did go above and beyond just "taking out an alarm from a car". He tried to help a troubled customer who desperately needs their car for work, find a solution to their problem. That's awesome and FANTASTIC customer service! I thanked him for his work and his suggestions. Car is good now! I just got myself another car yesterday, just to have a backup one for the winters here in PA lol and I'm taking it straight to him to upgrade my display screen and radio. I took my car here to have coilovers installed. i wax told it would take 1 day. After 3 days my car still was not finished. i finally told them i needed my car. when i picked my car up my abs lights was on. my brake indicator light was on and my traction control light was on. I took my car to jack williams and was informed both my front axels were not tightened. i told the owner the issue i was having and he had me bring my car back. after bringing my car back not only were these not fixed my car drove horribly. im still in the process of having my car fixed. plz do not take your car here. they will not only screw your car up they will also drag u along and try to charge you for more. i have no reason to make this up and im not a formal employee. Do not take your vehicle here!!! the owner didn't even return my call when i was trying to get my vehicle back in to be fixed. yes i was given back 225 but to have my vehicle fixed for the damage that was caused at this shop will be over $700. if you do stand behind your work like you say does that mean you will pay for my bill from jack willams to have my car repaired? ill gladly bring the bill and...

Took 2 different vehicle's here. At first I had a deck, amp & subs placed in my Altima. When I needed the aftermarket deck removed they put the original deck back but the compartment underneath it was placed wrong and the compartment door wouldn't closed at all. Then they forgot to wire the bluetooth back together properly to the original OEM deck. Luckily I was trading the car. So I gave them a second chance because COREY the owner of this trash place stated he was gonna give me a discount and I allowed them to place the aftermarket deck in my next vehicle. That was a mistake!!! I had problems with wiring and couldn't even get the DVD player in the rear to work. They state it was cables but It wasn't; they just didn't know what they were doing. I tried contacting COREY and left a message with his assistant and haven't received a answer back. They also managed to scratch the wood area around my deck. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
