Terrible experience I would absolutely not recommend anyone spending their money here. You try to support the businesses and businesses like this remind you why you should not terrible customer service. First time visiting employee did not explain that there is no return refunds. Only exchanges, employee helped me find what I needed for 5 to 10 minutes and it was still the wrong product and would not give me a refund nor did she tell me at the time of purchase that there is only exchanges no refund. When I came back in to get a refund she had an attitude with me and I tried to reason with her explaining that this was my first time in there. She kept referring to the policy at the register with a nasty attitude. Unfortunately for myself I did not see the policy but she still would not give me a refund. I unfortunately did not enjoy my visit to ICON. On Friday, 14Apr23, I purchased numerous of items from here. The cashier at that time left an item out of my bag causing me to have to return. Upon my return on 18Apr23, I went into the store and I wasn’t greeted. The young lady who was working at the time continued cleaning. I grabbed the missing item and approached the counter. The young lady did not acknowledge the fact I was standing there until I cleared my throat. I informed her of the issue and she shrugged me off by saying “okay” while rolling her eyes after I explained the events that took place previously. I had to update my review from five stars to one. This is the second time that I’ve ordered from Icon and not received anything. No emails, nothing. This time, I called the store to only be met with a cashier who didn’t seem to know anything about pickup orders. I do not come in to grab my order or whatever. Plus, this was curbside. I asked for a refund since I realized that this is not the same place I’ve visited countless times before. The owner must have told her that there were no refunds.
