Honestly, I was excited to try this place because the reviews were so good. However, it fell pretty short. I got a fireworks salmon roll and my wife got the crunchy lobster roll. We also got an order of red curry with shrimp and egg rolls. First off, its a pet peeve of mine when Asian places tell you its an egg roll and its actually a spring roll. Stop it, u kno better. Also they were really lacking in flavor. Whenever I order a chef roll or special roll I'm kinda expecting the roll to be a little bigger than their regular rolls. Nope, not this place. I think they switched them with the appetizer size. The flavor of the salmon roll was ok but the lobster roll was far from worth it. U could tell the lobster wasn't fresh. And finally, the red curry.... or attempt at red curry. Way too many onions. I get it, they impart good flavor and their cheap but easy does it. Butterfly sushi downtown has an amazing traditional red curry (my bar for curry is set with them) and they put tomato, pineapple, bell pepper and basil so where does this place get all these onions and carrots from? More traditional maybe? I don't kno. I MIGHT go back just for some drinks and the ambiance which looked nice. I didn't get a chance because I got take out. Final comment, EVERY Chinese place has ALWAYS filled the white rice container to the brim but not here. Pretty upset about this...

Sorry, but this is my 3rd time here. First experience, horrible, but they just opened so I gave them a second chance. 2nd time was ok, came for my daughters birthday, the service was slow but whatever. Today, I'm done with it. Took My daughter on an after school date for sushi, only place open around here on Mondays. We ordered 3 rolls. They aren't the best quality or size to begin with, but again whatever I'm not picky and know what I'm getting. I ordered 3 rolls, 1 specialty and 2 normal. One of the normal rolls was literally rolled up lettuce. I tried to not let it bother me, it was a whole $7. But I had to say something. She looked at me like I crazy, said sorry, then gave me 20% off that $7 roll. A whole $1.34 . It's the principle. They should have taken the entire roll off or offered to remake it, even at a future date. Here are the photos, because photos don't lie. You can see the miniscule amount of "crab" surrounded by just lettuce and globs of plain mayo. Obviously not the servers fault(still tipped her $10 on $30) , so she gets the stars, and the place is beautiful, so I'll give credit where it's due. Also, just want to say we were the only people in there until we were leaving, so it wasn't like...

This is my first time trying this restaurant and I got my food as a carry out for my daughter‘s birthday. Let’s start with the fried rice. I got two different kinds of rice, vegetable fried rice and shrimp fried rice. Both of them were nasty. The rice was undercooked. It was still hard so it wasn’t cooked all the way it was flavorless. It didn’t even smell like anything it had big chunks of onion in it. Nobody wanted it when I brought it home, The sweet-and-sour chicken was flavorless that large container should’ve been a small and I never seen a sweet-and-sour sauce that barely had a taste and it was blood red and stained up everything in the house my countertops in the kitchen and my daughter’s mouth and fingers were completely red and when I got all the chicken out to share out of the container, the vegetables were underneath it. I’ve never seen that before. All the little containers they put it in shocked me because it was supposed to be a large. I had three large fried rice and a large sweet-and-sour chicken. We gave the rice to the dog. I spent almost $60 and I will never be back. Sorry I didn’t have any pictures. I threw the rest...

Based off of reviews we ventured to try a new sushi location. We ordered Sushi nigiri of Salmon, Tuna, and Red Snapper. The Salmon had bones in it, and the tuna was rubbery and tasted of iron. We ordered Naruto, Sweet Heart, Alaskan, California, and Rainbow rolls. The Sweet Heart Roll mango was hard and crunchy and without flavor. The spicy sauce was thick and tomato flavored. The sushi rice was hard, and all fish had a rubbery texture. When leaving, I waited by the sushi bar for someone in our party to wash their hands, and the sushi bar kitchen area was filthy! They're were crumbs, seed shells, and dust everywhere. We are happy to try new local areas, but will not be returning any time soon.
