Please be careful getting a free phone from this particular store. The man they have in there now is stealing money . I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy and because I have been with them for a long time I was able to get my phone free . This man made me pay taxes on a free phone which I've NEVER done before on my upgrades and then he added all type of stuff on my account I didn't ask for and had my bill at 75$ . I called Metro customer service line and the lady name Mai told me he stole money from me o didn't have to pay for anything besides my monthly bill she credited my account. All I have to pay this month is 26$ after I paid a total of 125.75. I appreciate her so much ! Don't let those men steal y'all's money ! The very next day, Metro messaged me that I would be charged $75 per month.
