I don’t usually fuss, but I thought the ladies were very rude yesterday, I brought some real nice shirts to wear on a special occasion, I asked if I could purchase the hangers because I didn’t want shirts wadded up in a bag , I only bought 2 , I took them off the hanger myself trying to not have them all wrinkled up, or simply carry them out with out a bag, like I always do and ask if I could carry them out so they wouldn’t be wrinkled up in a bag, she said it was against store policy, and proceeded to wad them in a bag anyways, I know this isn’t true because we watched a man break line and pay for some khakis and he told her to keep the change , , his was not in a bag, you can also fold it neatly and put it in a bag it doesn’t wrinkle as bad just common sense, can ,they count to two and see I walked out with them with a receipt, I understand you can’t keep the hangers, but this is the first place I have ever seen you can’t walk out with merchandise without it being in a bag, I don’t usually carry a clothes dryer with me when I am...

My husband and I stopped in to get him a pair of boots. When we paid for them I thought the price seemed higher than what was expected. We got to the car and I looked at the receipt and it rang up more that what the sticker on the box said. (All of the same shoes had the same sticker on it for the same price) when we took them back in he said he couldnt change the price of the shoes because "thats the best he could do." Be sure to check the price before you leave because the owner will rip you off. This was horrible customer service and a rude answer from the owner. Glad to know you can just rip people off like that. The owner can't do simple math to know how much he ripped off his customers. Sorry excuse for a business "man"...

Bought some boots in their weekend "sale". Well the boots had a sticker on the box with one price, the boots rang up for another way more than the sticker price. The owner said he couldn't do anything about it because he was already giving 10% off for the weekend sale. Even with the 10% off the boots were still more than the sticker price. The owner was rude and obviously couldn't do math since he said we were still getting around 30% off. This was the worst experience and the owner is pitiful.
