Katie is a creative, smart person who is very intuitive and is happy to work with you to make a perfect care package! She created a custom box for my mom's 77th birthday. Katie is very professional, so it shipped it out immediately-like-yesterday, but the important part was the creativity, flair, and care she put into selecting and delightfully packaging all the gifts inside. Along with traditional and lovely mom-gifts, there were some exciting surprises that perfectly fit my mom's youthful soul. Katie created the perfect celebration of my mom, and my mom was was over the moon. Just getting something unexpected in the mail was so exciting for her! I have used Boxes by Genna twice in the past week & all I can say is I’m over the top impressed by the perfection & best in the business customer service! I realized I didn’t enter the receiver’s address correctly, it was in the evening that I placed my order, I sent an email and within moments I had a response that it was taken care of & to top it off the next morning I received photos of the box & delivery & it was truly amazing, far more beautiful than I expected!
