My Burger - Eagan — Restaurant in Eagan

On January 30th, I placed a pick-up order but mistakenly selected the Eagan location. I didn’t realize this until I arrived at the location where I intended the order to be fulfilled, only to be told that they didn’t have any orders under my name. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to fulfill the order without me paying again, so I did.

I then called the Eagan location to explain the mix-up and let them know I wouldn’t be picking up the order, as it was too far from me. I spoke with a staff member named Elvis, who assured me that he would pass my request along to his boss and that a refund would be issued.

While I understand this was my mistake, it has now been three weeks and I still have not received my refund. I’ve called twice, and Elvis continues to give me the same response without resolution. A refund or even a store credit would be appreciated, as my partner and I really enjoy dining with you guys and would love to continue supporting...

We went to the location in Eagan on a Sunday evening as a last-minute alternative to making our own burgers. We were greeted as soon as we walked up to the counter. This was our first time going to this restaurant, so it took us a few minutes to figure out what we wanted. The person who was taking our order was patient and answered any questions we had. Our order was taken, and we received our drink cups and a number to place on the table. We received our order appx 10 minutes later. It was worth the wait! Our food was hot and fresh. Overall, I was very impressed. The food was very good. The employees seemed to really care about our experience (taking our empty food trays when we were done eating) asking if we needed anything and how our food was. I have four stars on the atmosphere because it is kind of open and loud. We will definitely go here again.

This my burger location was new to the area. I was happy to see another food choice that was within five minutes of my workplace. I picked up a my original double burger to try it out and I was pleasantly surprised.

The order was ready in 15 minutes, and I was able to pick it up on my way back to my hotel. Did I mention that the store is closing at 9 o’clock I was able to place the order at 8:30 for a 8:45 pick up?

Elvis K greeted me at the door with a huge smile And was able to get me in and out of the store within 30 seconds.

Elvis even pronounced my name correctly, which definitely made my night. 10 points for Elvis!
