I just had a horrifying experience with my six year old daughter at the Walmart in Eagan. I waited in the customer service line for over 15 minutes before any back up staff came to help. I only needed to add cash to my prepaid card and when it was finally my turn, the cashier stopped, in the middle of my transaction to tell her coworker Sarah Jane about an item that was sitting behind the registers. This was not a quick conversation. The cashier stepped completely away from the register and all she needed to do with my transaction was take the cash I had in my hand, confirm the total, and hand me my receipt. I said excuse me a couple times before she returned to finish helping me. I said that I had been waiting for over 15 minutes already and they could probably have whatever conversation they were having during the remainder of their shifts. Sarah Jane glared at me and and basically yelled at me that so and so was just giving her an update about the item and it was part of their job and blah blah blah. She was so rude and I’ve never seen an employee at any establishment act so out of line. Instead of sorry for the wait, she yelled excuses at me. What happened to customer service? She was excruciatingly unprofessional. I shouldn’t have said this but I told her it’s no wonder you work at Walmart. She legit flew off the handle and screamed at me to get out of the store! Literally screamed at me. She pointed her finger in my face and kept telling me to leave. I hadn’t even started shopping yet! She was doing this in front of my six year old daughter who was scared at what was happening. I honestly still can’t believe that even happened. I manage a medical clinic. I would fire an employee instantly if she behaved this way to a patient. I am so disgusted with this women’s behavior. She even called security on me as I was leaving the store. I had no problem leaving at that point but I was trying to get a grasp on what could possibly be going through this women’s mind. I asked if I could speak to her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor. I said I need your manager then and she said she was the manager. I am 31 years old and have never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life by any employee at any business I’ve ever been to. I never want to go back to that Walmart again and I will tell everyone I know about this. I’m still mortified by this women. I know she must be really unhappy inside to act out like this at a customer but it was completely...

We were in on Sunday before New Years. We picked several items that were listed on 50 % off for Chirstmas items.
Once we got to self check out and started ringing our items up, the employee, and I may be spelling his name incorrectly, Rao, started to literally hover so close I could feel his body on mine. He started to accuse myself and my husband of theft and altering the STORE COMPUTERS to access the 50 % off. I demanded a manager 3 separate times. Finally another employee came and stopped Rao's behavior towards us and unfrozen the computer.
The next day, I called to speak to the store manager and was told he wasn't in, so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager I spoke to informed me that Rao wasn't his responsibility and Rao's manager would return from Vacation on January 7th. This was unacceptable to me. So I waited and tried calling the store manager the following day. He had again left early per the employee who answered the phone so I called corporate and explained the situation. The Walmart employees with corporate were awesome. They told me to expect a phone call from the store manager no later than Friday. Well, Monday rolled around and still no word from the store manager. So I called corporate yet again, only to find out that they were informed by the store, that the manager had reached out and handled the situation. Well, this is 100% false and can be proved as such with my phone records. Corporate again was great. They've informed me not only will I get a call back no later than Thursday this week, but they will be going through every customer complaint about this store and calling everyone of them to ensure the manager actually called to discuss the issue.
Time to clean house Walmart. If I had employees who behaved this way, they would have been fired.
We will NEVER return to this location and I will make sure everyone I know never goes...
Read moreIm sad and dissapointed that I have rate this store as a one star in order to comment. Me and my fiance went to fish section excited to look at the fish, but were disgusted with a catfish shark that will grow to 4 feet in a tank with a bunch of crabs that has torn off all but of its fin. My fiance went to go look for help because we wanted to "rescue"-buy the fish. My fiance stood there while she called for customer assistance in the fish section before she came back. We waited there for customer service for 30 minutes after the associate had "made" the call. After 30 minutes I called the customer service desk to ask for assistance for the second time from within the store. The representative said that she would page someone to help us, but no help came. 30 minutes after that we moved the shark to an empty tank OURSELVES. We decided to pay for our things, get lunch, and come back to get the shark for the THIRD time. The subway store within the Walmart was equally as terrible. The server was very rude: swearing in front of customers, displaying a terrible attitude, and came off very aggressive. I asked him for cheese for my fiance's pretzel and he told me there was no cheese and "this isn't no circus". My fiance hated the pretzel because it was hard and dry. After this terrible experience we went back to buy the fish. We ran into a associate who said that the cashier in the Christmas section could page someone for us. I then went the cashier who said for me to do it myself, there was a manual and to "have fun." So we all of this to rescue a poor beautiful catfish that very poorly treated and in danger of death. This Walmart was the worst walmart ever and should never keep fish because they do not seem to know how to keep them. We will never go to this Walmart ever again because the employees need a...
