Eagan Town Centre — Local services in Eagan

This is for Cub on Town Centre Drive. I've been using their pharmacy for more than 5 years - the Pharmacists are outstanding! Great customer service!! Hands down - 5 Stars!

I like the grocery store! It's tidy & clean throughout. They were smart enough to put frozen and refrigerated foods in the last, back aisles. That way it's not all warm and melted before checking out. Store - 4 Stars. All but 1 Head Cashier have been very nice and pleasant to work with. None of the store Mangers act like adult professionals. All the store comments above are directly related to the lotto machine. I've lost about $200 because the 1 Head Cashier will NOT cash in my winning tickets. She will for other people but, not me. Instead she called a manager involved. Neither would listen to me, they kept talking louder and talked over me. The manager threatened to call the police. I said, please do, I want to file a report against you stealing money from me. He quickly put his phone away & didn't threaten again. I called to speak to a Store Manager to report what happened and try to resolve the rude, arrogant attitudes of the 2 employees who stole money from me. The 1st Store Manager I spoke to indicated he couldn't do anything. The 2nd Store Manager actually said, "he didn't care and wasn't going to help me". For a while, the 2 employees treated like scum. But, since have slightly improved. I haven't played their lotto machine since my lose totaled about $200. Approx 5-6 Managers & Staff - get 2 Stars, hopefully...

This is the larger of the Cub stores in Eagan. It has a Deli that you can count on (if you manage to get there while it is open), usually has a good selection, and carries some of the items that a smaller footprint store does not. I don't understand why they have their carts setup the way that they do. I often only want a small black cart for a quick trip. Most Cub stores have a line of these next to the full size carts. This store keeps them on the opposite side of the building than the entrance, so you have to walk the entire width of the entry area to get one. You would think that this is related to Covid, but it has been this way for the entire 8 years that I have been going to this store. Maybe management could look at and address this. Over 5 stars, but there are always changes that could make any establishment better, and I often feel Cub management has taken their eye off the ball and lost that drive. Something to...

The Walmart there in Eagan is becoming kinda getto no cashier's once in a while there might be 1 but otherwise you have to do the self checkout which isn't always an easy thing to do and if your there when it's busy you'll wait a while before you can get into the little cube where they have most of those registers and if your clostrphobic at all it won't work.... I would've thought that a store in EAGAN wouldn't be as run down an getto as that Walmart is it's kinda sad, glad I don't live in Eagan anymore so I can look for a bigger cleaner better run Walmart and maybe they'll even have the flavored water I'm looking for cause they don't have it in Eagan and according to the mgr they won't even be getting it, I know Walmart in Hastings has it so I guess I'll have to go way...
