The Eagle Point Ray's is a pretty good place to shop. Our family has been going there for several years, and pretty much always has a good experience. They have a decent meat department, the produce is pretty good, they have all types of miscellaneous items, and the deli used to be amazing. Anyways, they are a little bit higher priced then some grocery stores, but it is a pretty convenient place, and the employees are generally friendly and helpful. Next time you're in the neighborhood, give them a try!

The most expensive your gunna find I would think wasn't a customer to be seen wonder why 😂 only went there to get propane bottle exchange used to live directly behind this place so I definitely know not to go buy any groceries there when it was ricks great way went all the time but didn't take long of paying 3 times the price for stuff said nope I go across the street which isn't much better but at least didn't leave feeling like a victim that just got ripped off .

Always check the expiration dates on anything your about to buy. It's common that items are past their "pull dates" at Rays. Prices are high, so I only go there when I need just a few items. My big complaint is that the bakery employees not only never have on masks, which they should no matter what, when handling food, but I've never seen them wear gloves while handling food! This just creeps me out. I have had to mention it to the check out clerk many times, and she is on top of it fast! But - it should be the employees integrity to do this - all the time! Kiddos to Ronnie, best Rays employee EVER! And to Tim, nicest Produce guy. They are why I come back. And - more unhappiness with the Deli/Bakery. They put out food in the "Hot Bar" yet never change the labels overhead. That drives me crazy! It will say for instance "Orange Chicken" Yet their will be sausage or eggs under that label. How hard is it to pull all the labels 1st thing in the morning (or better - when they pull the Hot Bar foods late in the day). I walk up - see it says "Chow Mein, or Chicken Fried Rice", but those items are not out there. Drives me batty! Seems lazy to me that they don't care enough to put out the correct labels. Then I stand there forever - waiting to ask a question. Eventually - they notice me, but not before they finish their (non-work related chit chat amongst themselves). All the other employees in the store are "TOP-NOTCH"! But I always feel ignored at the Deli counter. In many ways. I have asked - SO MANY times, (for instance), why does it say here - Orange Chicken? They always say - Oh - we haven't changed the signs from yesterday. Well - why don't they? Then - I had a former Ray's Manager (who used to be the Manager at EP Ray's) approach me in the parking lot (at Ray's in CP) Pretending to know me, and wanting to bey friend! Then slyly asking my if I complained about her! I didn't remember at all. But then I looked back (on my screenshots), and YES - I did complain to Ray's about her. I ALSO requested, that I would NOT be contacted. Yet she approached me in their...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your store. A couple nights ago, my family and I visited the deli, and unfortunately, our encounter was far from satisfactory. The clerk on duty, a gentleman with gray hair and a gray beard, appeared visibly frustrated and unapproachable. Upon approaching the deli counter, he grunted and walked away without acknowledging us. This initial lack of greeting set the tone for a disappointing experience. We placed an order for three sandwiches, all with extra meat. Specifically, all roast beef and turkey sandwiches, each with cheese and mayo. We were willing to pay the additional cost for the extra meat. However, when we received our order, none of the sandwiches had this, we took pictures as well. One sandwich was roast beef, and the remaining two were turkey with maybe one to two slices of meat. There was no sandwich with any cheese, and spotty ingredients, the sandwiches also fell apart when opening them. There was also no mayo on any sandwich. This was the worst batch of sandwiches in the 7 years we have been frequenting your store that we ever received. On top of all this we felt disrespected, there was also a hair in my mom's sandwich. I am literally not making this up you can speak to her yourself if you'd like. To add to the disappointment, there was no noticeable mayo on any of the sandwiches. All very dry, and we had no mayo at the house to add to them. This experience left us feeling disrespected, especially considering our family has been loyal customers for many years. I always told everyone for years also that your deli was the best around. This was far from the case...

This store has a list of issues. It smells like mold and rotten fish ALWAYS. The bakery/deli resales old food/stale bread. The employees working there have zero sense of customer service what so ever. I came in tonight and put my 3 extremely Over Priced items on the belt, the worker stood there and talked to the other worker behind her, completely ignoring me. Then I realized the patron before me left her payment in her car and ran out to get it. No “hi how are You sorry for the wait should be just a moment” nothing at all. She just stood there. Then as she’s ringing my items up she does not say a word to me except “ you wanna receipt “ I also heard them talking about the company no longer being employee owned and how it’s gone to hell. Really professional stuff. Did I mention how insanely overpriced they are? No wonder Walmarts always packed and Rays is always empty. This place is literal highway robbery. But based on their current reviews dating back at least 7 yrs, rude employees, expired products, and high prices are the norm there. Everyone working there looks miserable. I wish this store was decent so I didn’t have to give money to Walmart. If they lower their prices at least they make some money vs nothing and letting things rott on the shelves. But hey they send out an automated response to bad reviews on google saying to email them personally LOL for what. Clearly yall don’t care to change a decades old list...
