You really need to do better in the customer service realm. You came out from behind the counter to try and sell a delicate product to an 86 year old man with frail tendencies all encouraging and baiting. Nothing wrong with trying to sell your product but when he showed interest and touched, and accidentally broke, an adjacent item you became nasty and threatening and most unpleasant forcing him to pay for the item raising your voice stating you were ready to bring in the police. You were very unkind, unprofessional and small. From other reviews I see on your website now, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a common business practice. Honestly, the gentleman is very nice and considerate, loves to talk about his merchandise. The wife is the opposite. This trip alone, we were spending $70+ (in this bad economy) and she wouldn't let my son, who is a teenager, look at a pocketknife even though we'd been handling everything else, including other knives.
