Glik's — Local services in Eagle River

I love the clothes at Gliks in Eagle River and have spent a lot of money there as a now local. However, I went there recently and bought some gifts for my dad for his birthday. He needed to exchange the size and forgot the gift receipt in the bag. I also have a receipt and purchased recently from the manager. The manager, Cindy, was extremely rude and argued with my father that she couldn’t exchange the item for the same item, just a different size. The tags and everything are still on it. Since I am in the system and shop every week there, she could have been more professional and understanding and looked up my purchase. I absolutely cannot believe she is the manager at this store. Coming from being a manager at Nordstrom in the cities before moving up here, I am totally dissatisfied on how she handled the situation and will take my business elsewhere. Every time I come here the girls who work in your Eagle River location all have snobby attitudes. I would suggest some classes on customer service. It’s like they don’t know how to talk to people and when they do speak it is ALWAYS rude. I was at your store on 9/11/2023 and it WAS a 50% off clearance promotion. I bought 2 pairs of Hey Dude shoes and was over charged on both. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Me and my sister came in with our coffee in hand and as soon as we walked down stairs an employee Abby was talking rudely about us to another employee. Saying she hates when customers come in with drinks, etc. just going on about it but loud enough for us to say. When we asked for a dressing room she gave us one but not kindly or willingly.
