Bobby at the east alton store made rude comments to my wife. Tried flirting with her and made her very uncomfortable even when asked to stop. I went up to the store to ask him about it. I asked him if he thought that was proffesional, he continued to deny it to both of our faces and demanded we leave the store multiple times. I asked if they would just call the police so we could get the matter sorted out and he demanded i leave the store again. As i was walking out he commenced to inform me I would be permanently banned from the location. I feel my wife has suffered harassment that could have easily been avoided. If nothing can be done about bobby, i will have my lawyer contact you as we file harrasment charges, and trespass without a valid reason. Thanks in advance if you can do anything, if not my lawyers will...

Been coming here years. Had many problems in the last year with Bobby. Tonight after I gathered my items from the store and approached the counter I was met by him flipping me the middle finger. I sat my items on the counter and left the store. Don’t know what kind of place you’re running here. I am not his friend. He does not know me. I am a customer that comes in there to spend money. In no way, shape, or form am I deserving of this treatment. And I can’t tell you a single person that would take such abuse when there’s other places to get a fountain soda in town without being harassed. Can’t imagine how many other customers he’s run off. Hit n Run is the best place to go to get your favorite beverage without it ever tasting differently than other area convenient stores / gas stations sometimes using drive thru can be a little longer at different locations and depending on time of the day. I praise the hard working staff that have to remember very large orders without having to write it down. I also applaud the ones that have been there longer than some and in higher positions whom don't have to walk to my vehicle and we nod and I get brought my usual .And don't forget to tip these hard working...
