I've known Chris now for a couple of years and the guy is about as knowledged and innovative in this industry as anyone I've ever met in my life. And that is obviously very important when it comes to satisfying a customer and having them be able to use their device, whether that be a laptop or desktop, for a period of time that sustains. But what really makes Chris kind of stand out to me is his willingness to help even when it's not profitable for him, whether that be talk with you about a problem over the phone for 5 minutes out and help you solve a problem that way too.
