Update from 9/18/23: same thing go to another location

8/29/23 I’m a religious customer for the last 2 years at least 3-4x a week for the CHL with oat milk and extra shot. But there has been a huge issues with consistency, either between locations and when they are busy. Today I completely understand there was a line when I got the wrong drink vanilla SF latte I let her know it was incorrect the staff is always super nice and she “remade” my drink. But again was visibly wrong. I asked if my extra shot was there (which you pay for) she responded “it should be” and I was already running behind and there was a line so I just accepted it and left. Inserting a picture of my drink on any given day remade from another store on the top compared to the drink I got after it being remade that just tasted of milk and CHL sauce on the bottom. I love this small business and willing to pay more to support it but unless there are changes made with their consistency issues they will have a hard time competing when Starbucks opens at least their coffee is consistently mediocre & one you can count on even if it’s not as good. I went there for coffee this morning before work and I ordered my coffee with 6 sugars and cream enough to make it caramel color it took 5 minutes to get my coffee and it's just a hot coffee. It's the easiest thing on the menu and there was nobody in line. By the way period I get down the road, I take a drink and it's totally black coffee. Now here I am on my way to work. I can't turn around and come back with black coffee that I will not drink. The last time I went $7 for a hot coffee and they had to refund my money because it was only 3 something. I was like $7 for a hot coffee.? I called them and they did refund $4. And today, I called them, and she did refund the whole coffee, but that's not the point you got one job and all the silly drinks, they make hot coffee is the easiest, just pour some sugar and cream in it. I will not go back and I will not recommend this place to anybody else. When I work my part-time gig, I pass by this Germania Brew Haus. Its location makes it easy to pull into the huge parking lot, pull up to the order window, circle the building and pickup my coffee on the other side. It's a cute little building, reminds me of a tiny house.

The service is quick, easy and the staff is friendly. This is one very fast drive-thru for for your morning cup of joe. If you need a nosh to accompany your java, they've got some baked goods, too.
