Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in East Bernard

I deleted my previous review because I thought this one would be a better explanation of why me or my family will never come back to this business. This evening I went to get a drink. It was a $1.60. The girl with short and shaved sided hair with lines in it who works there came out side with the most pissed off, disgusting look on her face. I was in the drive thru and she brought out my drink along with the car in front of me. I handed her my debit card and she walked back inside. As she came out with the same disgusted look on here face, she handed the car in front me their card and receipt then she handed my debit card back. I asked for my receipt please and she said, I don’t have one on me” and started to walk off. I asked politely, if I can please have my receipt. She rolled her eyes and walked off with her hands clinched. I waited as two the cars in front of me received their order at the drive thru window. When I got to the window, she rudely handed my receipt to me. In no way was I ever rude as was being more than polite as a normal human being does. Disgusting display of professionalism. This was the last straw with this establishment and others are right there as well. Management has failed this location over...

I placed an order and, it wasn't until I got home that I found out that they hadn't included everything I paid for.

Then, I called the location back and, they told me to call the number on the receipt.

So, I did.

The people on the line were very attentive and assured me that they would investigate.

They gave me a case number and everything.

I also have to add, that due to the stressful situations placed upon all of us by the Pandemic, maybe a part of my order was misplaced.

This review isn't about placing blame.

I'll just make sure to check my order before I leave the location, during my next visit.

The Server 'Car-Hop' was very Nice!

And, as I found out later, the food was good too!

Well, the food that the rest of my Family received, as their orders were all there, except mine.

Anywho, I'm done!

I reviewed this location 9 months ago and gave them 3 stars for decent service and food. Today I wish I could give them 0 stars! I know today is half price burgers but c'mon this is ridiculous! My mom went and ordered some burgers and we were disgusted when we opened up our food. Hardly any veggies and one burger had no veggies at all. Mayo was overloaded on all the burgers, it was gross! They have given mediocre service in the past since my last review but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again will we spend a penny at this location. Idc how hungry I am, I'll drive all the way to Wharton or Rosenberg bf I ever patron this particular establishment again. I guess when you order cheap food you get this kind of service.
