Shop 'n Save — Local services in East Franklin Township

The people at the deli here are complete assholes, and I'll be getting everything I need of that sort from Foodland from now on. Don't expect very close weights on your products. I asked for a pound of chipped ham one day, and they gave me a pound and a half. The same day, I asked for a half-pound of a ham that was on sale for $2.99/lb. and they gave me a pound of ham that was $5.98/lb. The only reason I didn't freak was because I had my mother with me, and I didn't want to embarrass her, because I surely would have lost my temper and made a scene. As I said, not only did they screw up my order TWICE, but they were unattentive and extremely rude while they were screwing it up!! The one cashier that works there is the store's only saving grace...she's absolutely wonderful, and as long as she works there, I'll continue to go back (if they have a sale that I can't get better deal...

One of the best and cleanest Shop n Saves I've been to. The only issue I have with this location is the cashiers at times. Most of them are high schoolers with little to no work ethic. They stand around and talk to each other when checking out customers, completely ignoring the customers. The one day, I arrived home (25 minutes from the store..) and noticed I was missing a package of meat purchased. When I called the girl told me I left it in the cart, which I know for a fact I didn't. The cashier wasn't paying attention and never lifted it from her bagging area which sits below the counter. Also, when I arrived back to the store the carts were never even gotten from outside, so I was 100% sure of being lied to at this point. Other than needing to be very diligent in making sure the cashiers do as they are suppose to when ringing my things out, I visit often and will...

The experience started at 8:50 with 2 of their employees stopping me in the parking lot telling me not to go in because they were going to be closing soon. The two older ladies were very rude and condescending when I told them I was just running in to pay for the stuff my family had already picked out because I had my wife's card.
