KFC — Restaurant in East Franklin Township

Was there on 5/10 at 9:24 pm and the didn't have any chicken so I ordered the tenders they gave me 8 little chicken pieces and a half bowl of slaw and charged me 26 bucks. Everything was cold. If KFC don't have the food shut off the light or Just say all we have is cold scraps left. Wish you had a 0 like the guy that was working there. No wonder no one was there. What happen to make the chick hot and fresh? Was in kattanning again ordered through the drive thru,waited 10 minutes for them to ask me what I wanted to order the Tuesday special 10$ bucket,ordered 8 pc extra Krispy said they didn't have any at 6pm on new yrs eve. Said it would take 20 minutes to make it. Why not make it when you used the last order or at least the time I ordered it? Very rude to me and wanted me to order something they wanted me to order. The chicken would of been done instead of talking 10min tell why you couldn't do your job.I should of knew they couldn't handle a order same as last time no extra Krispy, I will not be back that's why there business is doing so bad , they got bad management or this...

I never complain!! But we went through the drive through very long line to begin with we seen 3 employees screaming outside at a car idk what it was about unless it's their friend and their on a break. Took 20 minutes to go to get our order 20 minutes to receive our order so after 40 minutes were on our way home. I came there for fries to begin with 3rd time with no fries, dont promote something if your constantly out of it. We order 2 5 tender combos and 2 extra biscuits. We are on our way home i wanted a biscuit open it no 2 extra biscuits, we live 45 minutes from kfc. Then my fiance takes a drink of his peach moutain dew taste like dirty water and moutain dew mixed. The only thing good about that entire time was the chicken which is always good so if your going for fries call ahead of time and ask. And never except anything longer than 25...

The quality of fried chicken is horrible, I often find broken bones and recently a left in organ from failed preperation/cleaning. the overall texture/quality feels unnatural like they were fattened up with chemicals and ooze liquid, as compared to natural high quality chicken.

I found a chicken kidney left inside of my 8pc chicken bucket. I went through customer service getting passed around representatives for 30 minutes to find out they can only refund half my money for there discusting mistakes.

If you HAVE to eat here, get anything other than the bone in fried chicken. Pot pie is ok and the chicken sandwich is decent quality but often comes with a stale bottom bun.
