Nathan Hale Plaza Shopping Center — Local services in East Haddam

Small town pizza parlor with great staff and good food at reasonable prices. Their pizza has a little thicker than normal crust(I'm use to NYC style thin crust). I can't put my finger on it but there's something about the cheese they use that is very gooey and taste awesome. It can very well be normal mozzarella but for one reason or another it taste different to me but in a good way. Their dinners are good as well with very good sized proportions at good prices. I usually go for the chicken parm. Over all a very good place with good atmosphere, good people and good food for a small town non-Italian...

Village Pizza = literally the best pizza you will find anywhere probably in the state at least. I highly recommend their taco pizza....so good. Ice Cream Shop is great. A little pricey but totally worth it. Rae's Barber Shop - she does a really great job on boys/men's haircuts, never been there myself or know any women who have so i can't speak of her abilities cutting women's hair. Pharmacy - eh, it's so-so. Def not what it used to be when it was still Nathan...

Had an appointment at Nathan Hale pharmacy for a shingles shot, but never got it because no one addressed us, (ignored) and then after some time someone actually asked us what we needed, we were told the man that gives the shots wasn't there,so we waited, for over 30 minutes.
