Purchased a new case and screen protector for my new I phone 16 last week. Spent over $100 dollars. Clerk was less than engaging. He did offer to put the screen protector on for me and I had him do so. He asked if I wanted the box but never said I might need it. Four days later the screen protector cracked not by any mishandling on my part. I called the store and asked the process to come in to get a replacement. The Clerk told me there was not exchanges and I had to follow the warranty instructions on the box!! The BOX I NO LONGER HAVE! When I told them they took the box and never told me that I may need it for warranty, he said there was nothing he could do and HUNG UP ON ME! I have been a Verizon Mobile Customer for over 30 Years so I promptly called Verizon who gave me an account credit equal to the cost of the screen protector with their apology for how I was treated and also said that the store should have replaced the screen protector without question. He was very knowledge and fix a number of settings on my phone explaining to me how to use the settings that I didn’t know how to use. He went over and above helping me. I had been to many nyc Verizon stores and never got this kind of customer service His manner was terrific. A real gentleman. As a business woman I highly suggest you consider this man to be the Verizon supervisor for all your stores where he could teach the employees how to deal with customers. I give him a 10 rating. Upon calling in for help, Dylan suggested I come into the store if that was possible and he would try to assist me. I was able to visit the store the next day and Dylan calmly worked with me to try to resolve this issue. He patiently and skillfully saved what he could but it was necessary to upgrade to a newer phone. Dylan helped me through this process step by step.
