WORST USED appliance store and arrogant rude management. Purchased fridge, stove washing machine, and dryer. They barely speak English and only spanish. I had a friend whose a spanish teacher converse with them. She told me they are stupid and rude.

The washing machine leaked and they replaced it. The dryer worked 2 times and stopped with no power. They wanted to charge $150 to pick up and deliver another. Meanwhile when they delivered the stove, fridge and dryer I paid for deliver so i want to charge 2 times. The net is I GAVE THEM a working dryer that was old for a newer one that is broken... They later claimed they don't repair which is hilarious as how can they sell used appliances without some repairs. Maybe this is a scam. They just clean what they buy and sell.

After over a month of back and I still dont have a working dryer. I was going to buy a dishwasher but that was another drama dialogue them.

11/22/21 - This place is a scam! They sold us a freezer and it stopped working 2-3 weeks after we purchased it. No refund policy so we swapped it for a new one under the condition is this new freezer was working and if it was broken too we could get our money back within two weeks. It broke within the first week (broken relay they replaced in front of me) so when we tried to refund under their word, they did not want to refund us. We finally fought for a refund but didn’t get 100% of it back. The freezer broke and they went back in their word. I bought a used dryer her on Nov 2019. It is Sept 2020 and it has died. I emailed them asking them what could be wrong so I could fix it, since it is been less than one year. I was not asking forr them to fix, just an idea, and they block me.
