CVS — Local services in East Hartford

Here's another reason why customers rather shop online and stores are closing. I placed a photo order at 8:45 am, and they opened at 9 am. I waited for an email stating that my order was ready which I never received. It's now 4 pm, so I made my way to the store to pick up my 4x6 prints to find that NO ONE checked for photo orders for the entire day. The printer ran out of ribbon after only printing 30 of my 150 photos. I know damn well y'all not that busy all day where you couldn't take 5 minutes to change the cartridge and I used to manage a CVS ain't no way you're getting that many photo orders where my order that was placed at 8:45 am just started printing at 4 pm. The cashier who was just leaning over the counter was nice, but do ya damn job. Told me she needs to change the ribbon but isn't able to bc now there is a long line. I said ok I'll be back later, later comes still no confirmation email and no...

If I can give it a no star I would! This place is so unprofessional the pharmacist do not communicate well. They didn’t have my important medicine in stock. When it was suppose to be done they sent me to Silver lane but I can’t go because I didn’t send my prescription there in the first place, this is not my first time having issues with them a week ago they gave me all of my medecine and than told me to return one because I need to pay for it because the insurance didn’t cover it. I returned it. Just ended up leaving them completely to another pharmacy. Where they can communicate ahead of time! If they don’t have the prescription. Like I can die if I don’t have my medecine. But they don’t care!!!!!! Because they too lazy to pick up...

Good luck ever trying to get a prescription here without incident. Something will ALWAYS happen. Report the pharmacist? The company doesn't care either. Just go to another CVS and take the extra 7 minutes to drive to Silver Lane and get your prescriptions there. The pharmacists here are miserable and have straight up LIED to me about my prescriptions, causing me to have severe side effects from being without medication. They have lied and withheld my prescriptions from me. They have tried to overcharge me for my prescriptions. Absolutely disgusting practices here.
