
Just dropped in today and trained with them for the evening. Kru Ed was very friendly and welcoming and gave me a tour around the facilities. Since I arrived early, I was also able to mingle and meet some of the classmates prior to working out.
When training started, everyone in the class was super friendly and I appreciated everyone’s attitude in making sure that we were all getting a good workout, but balancing being safe and not cranking 100% on people’s neck during clinch (which is a common issue I see when cross training at some gyms). I can tell this gym emphasizes being a good partner and working together to improve, rather than letting people with big egos run the show.
I will definitely be coming back, as I had a great experience with the Thornton team....
