I called simply to ask whether I could return my purchase to the Foxon Rd location although I made the purchase in the Milford mall speaking to an Erica who proceeded to unprofessional unprofessionaly hang up on me even though I wasn't done talking! I called back & she identified herself as a manager!!! WOW shame on Eblens for having someone like that in a position of authority & even after I told get that I had a recording of the conversation and intended to contact corporate she condescending condescendingly stated her name again & hung up! Overpriced cheap clothing. Even their name brands such as Lacoste, Polo, Nautica have defects basically another TJ maxx except they want full retail.
