If I could give Kayla negative stars I would. She was the worst salesperson I ever dealt with in my life. Not only was she unknowledge of her job and what I was asking but she was extremely rude unprofessional. When I told her I didn't want her to help me anymore she asked, "what my problem was". I explained again to her what I needed and how she wasn't being helpful, Kayla then told me how I had an attitude since I walked in the door, and she proceeded to raise her voice and yell while I was with my 2 toddlers. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I asked for a number to call her manager and she refused to give me a contact number. I went to another Verizon store after, and they completed everything that I was trying to do with no issues and upsold me on a tablet. Not only did she curse at me in front of my kids, but she lied. I was helped by their store manager, Dennis, who was extremely helpful. When I went to him with my questions and concerns he assured me he would help in any way possible and do what was right for me. Well he kept his word and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t live close to that location, in fact there are about 3 locations within a 5-15 minute ride of my home but my past experiences make me not want to go. To say the least they were pleasant, empathetic, understood my needs, even went beyond my initial need, and made me feel confident in the choices I made and products I purchased. Kayla sat down with me and went over every single detail about my bill and helped me figure out what was going on and why it was the way it was. She exceeded my expectations of the customer service she gave me. She sat with me for over an hour and was because of her that I ended up staying with Verizon and even upgrading my phone! She gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with Verizon. I am BEYOND grateful that I went into the store that day because if it wasn’t for her going over every single detail and explaining everything properly, I would have been with a different carrier.
