The supermarket always has good sales. Parking is a little tricky as you need to go up and down the aisles a couple times to find a close spot if needed. Never had an issue with their food the deli the produce nothing. Why do have an issue with is The Men Who constantly hang out in front of the supermarket either smoking in group stalking and most of the time talking at the women going in and out of the supermarket. Management needs to take care of that. It did get better for a little bit but they're back at it. The personal taxi drivers that take people to and from the supermarket need to not park in the front parking spots for people who need to park there and do their shopping Bishop park at a distance and wait to be called until they're ready oh, that's another daily all day occurrence. It is very difficult also to find someone who can speak English to you and help you find what you need. I am Latina and I'm all for equal opportunity and it's awesome that people are given a chance to work and earn their own money but it would be nice with chain like Winn-Dixie for the employees that don't speak English that they offer classes to help better themselves and make themselves well-rounded and being able to help the public with a second language, like English. I have never had an issue with the checkout staff they're always polite and helpful oh, I'm just put your cell phones down during work hours. I normally go to the supermarket at least three times a week because of where I live but I find myself going to other supermarkets on the way to and from work just so I don't have to cross the group of men constantly at the entrance. Once they clean that up the entrance to the supermarket it...
Read moreWinn Dixie, Winn Dixie, now days when yo go there what you see it is a worker just chatting with another one while the vegetables section its empty... what a shame because it is not the first time I see that. Now Winn Dixie pays a salary for chatting, and we the costumer have to turn around and go to another store to find what we are looking for. ( After here it is my first review)Winn Dixie looks like we all win with their fabulous price and deals!!!! And now with the remodeling happening at the store...a WOW! I would it give 5 ⭐ but the only bad thing about the store are some of the employees, I have the bad experience to be at the deli department a couple months ago and a American lady was needing a Cuban Sandwich and the lady at the sandwich station could not understood what the American lady was saying and she rolled her Eye 👀 at the American Lady and so the lady at salad station did to the other costumer. I don't like that. The American people has no fault at all that the lady's at the Deli doesn't speak English. And we are in America. We, the costumers are the one that makes a business going up when we go and get our grocery or food or whatever... it's not fair that Americans come to get what they need and get a roll up eye... because the dependent couldn't understand anything. And the costumers wasn't even been rude. She was a little frustrated because the dependent couldn't understand anything but...
Read moreThe store appeared clean, the lines were short, and each aisle was tidy and the shelves well filled. The ladies restroom, however, was a mess, and the stall door for the handicap access had a broken latch [so 3rd world!]. The gaping space between the door and the frame was an embarrassment. My initial impression was that the employees are rather self-involved, and some were downright oblivious to customers. At the pharmacy, a deli employee came to "chat" with a pharmacy person. She stood there talking for over 15 minutes, getting louder and louder and louder while the pharmacy people just kept working, and she was not talking about anything store related. She was oblivious that 2 pharmacy customers were sitting only 4 feet away, sick people waiting for prescriptions. I had to ask her -- in Spanish -- to speak more quietly. She seemed shocked that 1) someone could hear her, and 2) that a non-Hispanic could hear, understand and speak in Spanish well enough to ask her to lower her voice. Miffed, she left. When I went by the deli, she was standing around talking, again, at the top of her voice and ignoring customers. Overall, not a pleasant experience. No chance I would return here, and I would be sure to recommend against anyone I know...
