NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful delivery driver. Knocked on my door twice continuously and very strong and loud, I thought it was a cop. When I opened and asked him why would he knock like that, he was very rude saying that's the way he knocks, and how do I want him to knock, I told him that was no way of knocking at someone's home, and instead of apologizing and moving on he intended to excuse himself by arguing with me. He was swinging the food like if it was a trash bag and almost threw the food at me asking for the money. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! The customer service at the place is even worse. When I called to let them know what happened with their driver, the guy that answered the phone was very rude too, saying he already knew what happened, so I asked him to please not send that driver here again, and he said, if we order food again and that's the driver they have at that time, he will come to deliver again. So I had to respond accordingly, by telling him that if he ever came to my house again, I will call the police, and put a no trespass order on that guy, as I do not want him in my house for being very disrespectful to me and my house!

Literally everything was terrible. Although, the only thing that was good was the 2 liter of coke. The egg rolls were not completely cooked and it tasted like eating a processed food not even good enough for prison consumption. The spring rolls were about 3 inches long and had no flavor other than old grease. I ordered the General Taus chicken combo. There was no flavor in the chicken, no spice, no nothing. It tasted like I was eating stale bread. The chicken and broccoli my girlfriend ordered was the same way, except way more greasy. Finally the crab Rangoon.. I was hoping for one thing to be good. Nope. It was a crab Rangoon shaped with a bit of cream cheese, again a bit, and NO crab. Not even a red dot of crab. Stay away from this place. Never go here, if you're reading this review, don't make the mistake I made. Don't go there at all, even if it's the closest or most convenient place. Stat away, it's a total waste of money, and your stomach and taste buds will thank you. DONT GO OR ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Hopefully they close up so they can't subject people to...

My brother and I were served old chicken. Read the other 1 star reviews about people who have gotten food poisoning from eating here. I can tell just from walking in the place, that it is not clean. This is not an appropriate standard to be serving food to people. I have half a mind to contact a health inspector.
