When I got home, I ran into another issue on my now fixed desktop (not related to their work) and instead of having to drag it back to their shop, borrowed car they had me send photos instead. BAM! Manuel talked me through it...easy peasy and less than a minute. I'm Not Tech Savvy. I rely on multiple quotes and explanations when my tech-savvy pals aren't around to help. It's COVID ERA! Sultan is a truly honest businessman. I almost destroyed my beautiful HP Spectre by spilling water on and under my laptop twice! and one day it just stopped working. I took it to Sultan's repair shop and he walked me through different options that I had. He gave me a very honest and reasonable quote for every option that I had and because I insisted on fixing the laptop no matter the cost, he took the computer, changed the mother board, fixed other PO arts that needed repair and gave it back to me nice and neat in one piece!

I really liked doing business with him. You can easily trust him and know that he is not going to charge you for something unless it is necessary to repair your device.
