Walgreens — Local services in East St. Louis

I ordered $10 worth of photos through the webaite to be ready on Jan 12th for my birthday dinner. Walgreen's online said the pics would be ready by 1:50pm. Cool. I showed up to get them at 3:30pm and my photos had NOT been printed. So I did NOT have them for my birthday dinner as expected. The next day Walgreens messages me saying my Pics were ready... A WHOLE day late. Walgreens should give me those pics for free. I asked the assistant manager and she said No.... Contact me...

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely inappropriate. On hold for the pharmacy for 25 minutes for someone to finally answer, then hang up. Called back, desperate to speak to someone, to be put on hold again. I finally asked for a store manager to help in this situation, who then put me on hold for the third time, which my call was then directed to the front of the store. So frustrated. I made a terrible mistake. I blamed the STAFF AND JEFF the Pharmacist about me not having my daughter's medication. I put her medicine in my medication drawer and I discovered it yesterday.
